This session combines heavy dumbbell strength training with powerful cardio intervals, giving you a total-body burn that builds strength, boosts endurance, and fires up every major muscle group.

🏋️ 40-Min Full Body Strength & Cardio — ½ STRENGTH | ½ CARDIO
💪🏼 My Weights: 2 x 5kg (11lbs)
⏱️ Intervals: 40s on, 20s off (45s rest between the strength/cardio portions)
✅ Warm Up & Cool Down included

Alt toe touch squat
Step back loaded squat
2 pulse reverse lunge (L)
B stance RDL + row (L)
Plie + calf raise
Rhino squats
2 pulse reverse lunge (R)
B stance RDL + row (R)

DB threaders (L)
DB ½ kneeling swing + press (L)
Leg drops
DB threaders (R)
