Russell semi-boss has 800 hp, max blocking skills, max attack frequency, anti-grappling, high damage, overlapping moves, an unblockable attack, and invulnerability by performing the attacks. Davis (Pete's Missing) has 1600 hp, max blocking skills, max attack frequency, some special attacks, and overlapping moves. Also, he has Russell's semi-boss style. The Bullies (Pete's Missing) have max blocking skills, max attack frequency, some special attacks, and overlapping moves. Trent has 680 hp, Wade has 650 hp, Ethan has 575 hp, Tom has 675 hp, and Troy has 480 hp. The orderlies have their normal stats. Fenwick has 1000 hp, max blocking skills, max attack frequency, and a DO_Striker_A style. He can grab and do the civilian arrest. I had to reduce the vision range to the orderlies to avoid they were against Jimmy as seen in the first round.
