The Apology Song | 【COMPLETE Mapleshade and Stormfur MAP】

ITS HERE. that sure was "two weeks" huh? Ah, well. The wait was worth it!!

So, in Crookedstar's Promise, Mapleshade reveals that reason she is specifically haunting him is that his great-grandfather was Appledusk, the man who cheated on her, and she made it her mission in death to ruin the lives of any of Appledusk's descendants. Now, MOST of those are gone now- currently alive are Mistyfoot and her son Reedwhisker in Riverclan, related to appledusk through Crookedstar's brother Oakheart, and Stormfur, Crookedstar's grandson, and his two children. Mapleshade has been sort of MIA for a little while, which makes sense, but you know what else has been MIA? The tribe cats! I thought it might be cool if Mapleshade was off messing with Stormfur while the post-great battle heat calmed down in the clans. This song is from Book of Life, a scene where Manolo apologizes to the spirit of all the bulls his bullfighting family has killed. It's HUGE and he just keeps apologizing while it tries to kill him until it finally calms down and accepts his apology, which allows its spirit to go free. I thought it would be SUPER fun to combine these concepts, and make a scene of one of the very last appledusk descendents apologizing to mapleshade for what happened to her, and sort of begging her to forgive not only for his own sake, but for hers, because he hatred and lust for vengeance have transformed her into a monster- and that its time to let go.
