I Cooked a Brisket like a Steak

Cooking a brisket is very different than cooking a steak. Briskets are packed with tough collagen, while most steaks are significantly more tender. In this experiment we used a few different techniques that combine both processes, allowing us to ultimately try cooking a brisket like a steak. This was a fun one!
