The Toyota Raize is propelled by a choice of two engines: a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated 3-cylinder motor or a 1.0-liter turbocharged 3-cylinder engine. The 1.2-liter engine generates 86 hp and 113 Nm of torque, while the 1.0-liter engine delivers 96 hp and 140 Nm of torque. Power is directed solely to the front wheels through either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT.
