"Neer dosa" one of the common dish in coastal areas, a simple and easy breakfast with only few ingredients. Dosa rice is grinded finely and the batter should be in watery consistency. So it is called as "Neer dosa" or "Tellavu". The style of pouring dosa batter is different than other dosas. Please try as shown in the video.
