Hon’ble Minister for Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari dedicated to the nation 42.3 km long four lane Washim – Pangare Section of NH 161 in the state of Maharashtra. Developed at a cost of Rs. 1,037.4 crore the project was inaugurated on 25th February 2023. The project will improve connectivity of Maharashtra and Telangana. It will also help in improving industrial and agricultural development along with connecting religious places and promoting tourism.
