In 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur, the Nameless Seer (originally added in 3.23 Affliction) was granted the ability to Scry a Map, which changes divination card drops. The Seer gives you unique items (which can include Mageblood but probably won't) as a bonus, but also allows you to scry.
