All right, so here is something that's very common or very traditional in China or Beijing especially, is the  Lao Beijing Douzhi (老北京豆汁). It smells horrible.

It's not bad. But this one has been replaced by doujiang (豆浆). So doujiang (豆浆) is soybean milk. Douzhi (豆汁) this is what is reputed for, like, old Beijings would be drinking this, not the younger ones. Every time you see, douzhi (豆汁) people kind of go, eh, and there's a reason. It's it's like liquified cabbage.
