How to cook vegan/vegetarian Fesenjan / fesenjoon walnut dish with pomegranate sauce (Persian dish) فسنجون
ingredients:
1- two onion (it can be either red or white)
2- quorn free meat chicken pieces/Tufo (200 gram)
3- pomegranate pure/sauce (3-4 spoon)
4- grinded walnut (250 grams-around 20 walnuts needed)
5- Mushrooms (5-6 medium size)
6- olive/sunflower/coconut oil, for cooking (one spoon).
7- spices, such as: turmeric, salt, black pepper.
8- hot water (2-3 glasses).
