Ingredients:
2 cups Bob’s Red Mill vital wheat gluten
1 and 1/2 cups cooked lentils ( I cook the lentils with just salt and onion powder).
1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill chickpeas flour
1/4 cup water to kneed can also use broth form cook lentils to kneed.
Sazon tropical seasoning
Vegetable bouillon
Curry powder( mix of Jamaica way and reggae country style brand). Roughly 6 tbsp.
2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp allspice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 can butter beans
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
Few thyme sprigs
2 stalks scallion
2 1/2 cups coconut milk( I use homemade)
2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil to cook down curry Seitan). (You can also choose to Cook down curry Seitan in just the coconut milk to minimize the oil).
Roughly 2 cups water
* Grape seed oil to fry Seitan
