Welcome to episode #41 of our Franchise Mode series with the Vancouver Canucks on NHL 24! Entering the year #11 postseason, we know that there will be many hurdles to jump if we want to win our third Stanley Cup in seven years. The Vancouver Canucks are a franchise that have been through decades of misfortune, mismanagement, and, really, just pure disappointment. With nothing to show but three Stanley Cup Final losses in their 50+ years in the NHL, the Canucks are on the brink of returning to an all-time low as they have only made the postseason twice in the last decade, have one of the shallowest prospect pools in the league, and are easily in one of the worst salary cap situations. With no where else to turn, Canucks ownership has made a call to GM Data and his team of Assistant GMs to do the impossible: fix the unfixable team.
