What is genetics?
The study of your genes and your genetic variation.

What is Epigenetics?
This term relates to how the gene expresses itself based on the following factors.
Diet
Environment
Organisms
Life style

Your Genetic Fitness is really going to be based on your quality of life and your lifestyle.
