Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 3 Cups
-Lemon juice 4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to
taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 &½
tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Mixed herbs 1 tbs
-Chicken pieces with skin 1 kg
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to
taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice and mix well,cover
and let it rest for 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
-Add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper
powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,paprika
powder,mixed herbs and mix well.
-Add chicken and coat well,cover and marinate for
4 hours in refrigerator.
-On separate dish,add all-purpose flour,red chilli
powder,salt,black pepper powder,onion powder,
garlic powder,mix well & set aside.
-Take out chicken pieces from marination and
place on grill rack.
-Take out 2 ladles (approx. 1 cup marinade) and
pour in a separate bowl,add eggs and whisk well.
-Now coat chicken pieces with dry flour
mixture,dip into egg marination and again coat
with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140C) and fry chicken
on low flame until golden (approx. 8-10 minutes)
then fry on high flame (170C) until crispy (approx.
2 minutes).

-Bowl mein doodh aur meon juice dal ker ache
tarhan mix ker lein aur dhka ker 10 minutes kliya
rakh dein.Butter milk tayyar hai.
-Lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan
powder,zeera powder,paprika powder aur mixed
herbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur dhak
ker 4 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker
lein.
-Alag dish mein maida,lal mirch powder,namak,kali
mirch powder,onion powder aur lehsan powder dal
ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken pieces ko marination sa nikal ker grill
rack per rakh dein.
-2 ladles (approx. 1 cup) marinade ko alag bowl
mein dal dein aur anda dal ker ache tarhan whisk
ker lein.
-Ab chicken pieces ko dry flour mixture mein coat
karein phir anday wali marination mein dip ker lein
aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil (140C) garam karein
aur halki ancch per golden hunay tak fry ker lein
(approx. 8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch (170C) per
crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 2 minutes).
