Here are the ingredients used:

1 pack cow foot (rinse with lime & vinegar )
1 tablespoon oxtail seasoning
2 tablespoons oxtail marinate
1 tsp of season to the bone
1/2 tsp spicy Cajun
Scotch bonnet peppers (desired amount)
Onions (chopped)
Escallion (chopped )
Thyme
Minced garlic
1 tablespoon browning
1 tablespoon ketchup
NB. If you don’t have the oxtail marinate pls add grated ginger and crushed pimento for added flavor
