This is a test of the Emulated Out on my Marshall DSL20. On the rhythm guitar, there is only a little reverb from the DSL. The solo has a BOSS SD-1 in front and some chorus and delay. I am used to recording direct with my AXEFX lll so I am not a huge fan of the sound of the Emulated Out on the DSL, but I think it's useable for direct recording and for a direct-to-house signal at a gig. I just feel that the AXEFX sounds much more dynamic and "lively" when compared to the DSL Emulated Out. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy this video!
