Ingredients:
Large shells enough for 3-4 per person

Cheese mixture: Ricotta, egg, gouda cheese, mozzarella, mild cheddar

Sauce: Olive oil, tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce, crushed garlic, garlic salt, Italian seasoning.
Bake in 400 degree F oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
