Today's episode features Fung for the first time ever! She'll make her signature dish Steamed Grass Carp that has won my heart 10 years ago; and today's episode is about Norwegian Joy, a luxury cruise ship built for China but has recently pulled out of the market.

二人份量 For two people
鯇魚腩 700克 - 700g of carp fish
薑蓉一茶匙 - 1tsp of grated ginger
薑絲12條 - 3 slices of ginger slice into julienne
蔥五條 - 5 stalks of green onion
甜梅菜一棵 - 1 pickled Chinese cabbage
鹽¼茶匙 - 1/4 tsp of salt
白胡椒粉¼茶匙 - 1/4 tsp of white pepper
生粉半茶匙 - half a tsp of cornstarch
水少量 - half a tsp of water
油兩湯匙 - 2tbsp of oil
