0:00 BRANCHEMENT HYDRATATION ET NUTRITION PARENTERALE – PARTIE 1

0:31 Préparation soignant et matériel :
0:40 1. Lavage des mains et désinfection
1:38 2. Equipement : masque, charlotte, blouse et gants
2:01 3. Désinfection des surfaces avec l’alcool 70%

2:22 Désinfection bras et cathéter du patient :
2:42 4. Désinfection

2:58 Ouverture du matériel sur champ stérile :
3:13 5. Ouverture du matériel stérile

4:27 Préparation poche de nutrition :
4:45 6. Casser la poche de nutrition et mélanger
4:55 7. Ouverture de l’emballage sans toucher la poche stérile
5:38 8. Désinfection des vitamines, eau stérile et oligo-éléments

6:21 Préparation vitamines, oligo-éléments avec une seule main stérile :
6:23 9. Manipulation vitamines, oligo-éléments
7:57 10. Mise du deuxième gant stérile pour injecter les vitamines et oligo-éléments dans la poche de nutrition

Accrocher les poches au statif et purger :
8:34 11. Mélanger la poche de nutrition
8:40 et l’accrocher avec l’hydratation au statif
8:58 12. Retirer les opercules des poches
9:04 13. Clamper la tubulure et percuter la poche de nutrition
9:22 14. Déclamper et purger la tubulure
9:30 15. Taper le filtre avec la flèche vers le haut pour chasser les bulles d’air et clamper
9:45 16. Faire le même processus avec l’hydratation
10:21 17. Raccorder le prolongateur au connecteur Y à deux voies
10:34 18. Connecter la nutrition et l’hydratation au connecteur Y à deux voies
10:48 19. Déclamper et purger le tout, nutrition et hydratation, puis clamper
10:57 20. Vérifier qu’il n’y ait pas de bulles d’air avant de brancher le patient !

0:31 Caregiver and equipment preparation:
0:40 1. Hand washing and disinfection
1:38 2. Equipment: mask, cap, gown and gloves
2:01 3. Disinfection of surfaces with 70% alcohol

2:22 Disinfection of the patient's arm and catheter:
2:42 4. Disinfection

2:58 Opening the equipment on a sterile field:
3:13 5. Opening sterile equipment

4:27 Preparation of nutrition pouch:
4:45 6. Break the nutrition bag and mix
4:55 7. Opening the package without touching the sterile bag
5:38 8. Disinfection of vitamins, sterile water and trace elements

6:21 Preparation of vitamins and trace elements with one sterile hand:
6:23 9. Handling vitamins, trace elements
7:57 10. Putting on the second sterile glove to inject the vitamins and trace elements into the nutrition bag

Hang the bags on the stand and purge:
8:34 11. Mix the nutrition pouch
8:40 and hang it with the hydration on the stand
8:58 12. Remove the lids from the pockets
9:04 13. Clamp the tubing and impact the nutrition bag
9:22 14. Unclamp and purge the tubing
9:30 15. Tap the filter with the arrow pointing upwards to remove air bubbles and clamp
9:45 16. Do the same process with hydration
10:21 17. Connect the extender to the two-way Y connector
10:34 18. Connect nutrition and hydration to the two-way Y connector
10:48 19. Unclamp and purge everything, nutrition and hydration, then clamp
10:57 20. Check for air bubbles before connecting the patient!
