Déroulement étape par étape du débranchement à domicile de la nutrition et de l’hydratation parentérale sur un patient porteur d'un Picc-Line.

0:23 Préparation soignant et matériel :
0:51 1. Lavage des mains et désinfection
1:21 2. Equipement : masque, charlotte, blouse et gants
1:44 3. Désinfection des surfaces avec l’alcool 70%

1:53 Stopper et éteindre les pompes :
2:09 4. Stopper et éteindre les pompes

Ouverture du matériel :
2:19 5. Ouverture du matériel (compresses, seringues Posiflush préremplies de NaCL, bouchon obturateur)
3:27 6. Retrait de la poupée (protection raccord du cathéter)

3:36 Désinfection bras et cathéter du patient :
4:03 7. Désinfection

4:24 Débranchement et rinçage du cathéter :
4:29 8. Mettre une grande compresse sous la voie
4:33 9. Dévisser la tubulure avec une compresse imbibée de chlorhexidine
4:37 10. Désinfection de la voie
4:41 11. Connecter une seringue Posiflush préremplie de NaCL pour vérifier le reflux et la perméabilité du cathéter. Rincer en 3 à-coups en mode pulsé
4:49 12. Connecter les autres seringues Posiflush, rincer en 3 à-coups en mode pulsé
5:07 13. Prendre le bouchon obturateur et le visser sur le cathéter

5:12 Protection de la voie à l’aide d’une poupée :
5:18 14. Faire la poupée (protection raccord du cathéter)
5:43 15. Recouvrir le cathéter avec un filet protecteur

1:21 2. Equipment: mask, cap, gown and gloves
1:44 3. Disinfection of surfaces with 70% alcohol

Opening the equipment:
