In each posture in a Taijiquan form energy is expressed in different ways. There are eight essential Jins (energy expressions) called the Bamen. Four of those are primary: Peng, Lu, Ji, and An. These have been discussed in the recent classes (see AWBA 188-191). In this video we combine them into short exercise that cycles through them, providing an opportunity to feel each as its own Jin.
