EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Resistance band loop (I'm switching between my extra light and light bands). The set of bands I'm using here is discontinued, but this set is the same thing, just different colors: https://urlgeni.us/amzn/LoopBandSet (affiliate link)

Class is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do four exercises back to back, for 1 minute 45 seconds of work. You then rest for 30 seconds before repeating the sequence. You complete 2-4 sets total depending on unilateral vs bilateral work.

We'll start class with a guided warm up focused on upper body mobility and finish class with a quick guided cool down.

(30) Straight pulse palm in, rotate, straight pulse palm up

Combo 2 // X4
(30) Lateral extension
(15) Lateral extension pulses
(30) Elbow into ribs, out, lifted biceps curl
(30) Lateral bend-stretch, sweep forward, front bend-stretch, sweep wide

Combo 3 // X2
(15) Rev fly pulse
(30) Combo with wide row rotating palms to floor
(30) Overhead raise pulse at top and bottom
(30) Pull down
