BEAUTIFUL ABANDONED 5 MILLION DOLLAR 1964 Mid Century Modern Dream Mansion

This is a house I first discovered over two years ago. every time I tried to gain access it was always locked up. until recently i checked on it and to my surprise, was accessible!!!!

The house itself is 4200 square feet and was custom built in 1964 for Steve and Karen Flagg, and their 3 children. Steve was an engineer, and Karen is listed as "housewife". the children were all students of the local school.

in it's 56 years standing, it's had only 3 owners. the current owner plans on demolishing this one to construct a 9100 square foot mansion on the property.

this house is one of my favorite homes I have ever explored. hence why I decided to title it "dream mansion". you can bet that if I had 5 million dollars, I'd buy this place in a heartbeat.
