This mod is by topicular, you can find it on RainDB (the name of it is speed).

Basically, if you don't keep moving constantly, you will explode. Makes it quite difficult to hide from things.

Good mod for staying on your feet, I think it actually made me perform better (up until pebbles I had a deathless run going).
