Today's 30 min LEG DAY workout is low impact with no squats, no lunges and made up of effective exercise to targe the entire lower body! If you have sensitive knees this workout is for you and if you don't, you will most defiantly benefit from it as well. Equipment: dumbbells, ankle weights (optional), 9" Pilates ball (optional), and your mat. The timer is set for 40 seconds on 15 off and we are going to repeat so you can really depend the leg activation. Grab your gear and let's go team!
