Factors like exhaustion and stagnation of the war efforts from both sides, high handedness of the top leadership and deterioration of army morale are discussed in this show. The enthusiasm to achieve the end goals of both sides are inversely proportional to the time spend on the war fronts. The involvement of huge funds is the main flash point in the Ukraine-Russia conflict.

The takeaway was: The leadership of Russia and Ukraine can do better in dealing with the stagnation and delay of this conflict. Under the guise of this invasion, Russia has deferred economic side effect and has rendered the sanctions against it ineffective.
