Ingredients:
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground mustard
2 tablespoons grill mates sweet and smoky rub
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 (2-pound) racks baby back pork ribs, trimmed of excess fat, rinsed, and patted dry
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups barbecue sauce with added brown sugar and mesquite liquid smoke
