I hope you guys enjoy this recipe! Again not authentic but soooo yummy! :)

Ingredients:

1 bell pepper or 4-5 small sweet peppers

6 cups (roughly) Fiesta Blend cheese, or cheese of your choice

24 9-inch flour tortilla shells

2 cans of black olives

4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped into chunks

Garlic Salt

Mrs. Dash Table Blend and Fiesta Lime

Pepper

Taco Seasoning, I know I don't give a specific amount but maybe star with one or two packets and figure out what your family likes :)
