Hi guys, in this video we're going to do a beginner's Ab Exercise,

We're going to work our whole core, obliques, upper and lower abs, to obtain weight loss maximum results (when combined with a cardio workout), and lose inches off our waist.

Always remember to alternate workouts each day to keep it fun and interested. Swap exercise routines each week to let your muscles continue to work full course and not reach a plateau. And always remember to eat clean, keep a diet rich in lean proteins, healthy fats, carbs, as well as fruits and vegetables!

WORKOUT:
Leg Raises (lower abs)
Under Arm Side Plank (side, lower abs)
Alternating Star Crunches (upper, lower abs)
Spider Plank (full abs)
Side Plank (full core)
