A weekend in New Zealand's South Island was an opportunity to visit Kaikoura, famed for its seal colony, abundant sea life, dolphins and crayfish! We walked the coastal path, ate at the Kaikoura Seafood BBQ Kiosk and took an incredible kayaking trip with Kaikoura Kayaks, where we encountered a pod of dusky dolphins.
