This is an amazing way to use old apples and avoid food waste at the same time.
Dried apples are a great source of minerals and vitamins and an amazing source of insoluble and soluble fiber. Soluble fiber helps to control blood sugar levels and reduces bad cholesterol levels. Dried apples:

•peel, core and slice the apples
•place them on a tray
•dry them using oven, air fryer or dehydrator

Apple Cider Vinegar:

•place all cores and peels into a jar
•prepare sugared water by adding 3Tbsp sugar / 1l water
•add enough sugared water to cover the apples
•loosely cover & leave for 3-4 weeks
•transfer to bottles
