X Drill Spinshot - Tennis Ball Machine Tennis Training Drill

In this tennis drill Coach Meike will demonstrate the "X" drill using her Spinshot Plus-2 tennis ball machine.

This drill is not only a great workout but works with different ball heights and lateral movement. Some balls you can move up to and be offensive and then some balls you'll need to drop back and play a more defensive shot.
