[ENG SUB] Joker Out Špil liga Finals 2017

0:58 Kino Šiška has been the central Slovenian institution of the contemporary concert scene since 2009, complemented by activities in visual and performing arts. 
33:00 The Personal Registration Number (EMŠO) is a personal identification number in the Republic of Slovenia. The number is made up of 13 digits, of which, the first 7 numbers indicate day, month and year of birth (thus revealing a person's age).

Špil liga is open to student bands (at least half of the members must have student status; they can also be primary school students) and solo performers from the Republic of Slovenia who also create original music (they must have at least two original compositions) and are able to perform a 20-minute live concert performance.There are no genre restrictions.

Špil liga takes place in 3 rounds:
Qualifying rounds
Semi-finals
Finals

All participating artists compete first in the qualifying rounds. From each round, 2 performers qualify for the semi-finals: one selected by the jury and one selected by the public, who vote by SMS. More specifically: the jury chooses the two performers (their winner and runner-up) who they think should go through to the semi-finals. If the audience winner is identical to the jury winner, the jury runner-up will go through to the semi-finals alongside the jury winner, and if the two winners are different, the jury winner and the audience winner will go through to the semi-finals. The selection of the finalists in the semi-finals is done in the same way. In the final, in which 4 performers compete, both the jury and the public award points from 1 to 4 (4 for the best, 1 for the worst), which are added together. The winner (champion) of the season is the one with the highest total of points. In the event of a tie for 1st place, the winner is the one who received the most points from the jury.

There were 13 contestants in the season 2016/2017, Joker Out qualified as audience favorite and won in the finals against Rock Heroes, Lapsus and The Mint.
