“Oh Wow Dada That’s A Big Conker!” (

A great day off, smashed the gym. Had a great session especially considering I’m doing my 48 hour fast. 2 hours in the treadmill smashed aswell and always get the daily cold plunge done. Picked little man up from nursery and chilled while he napped. Took him out for our daily walk and went to the park to play and find some conkers!
