Alfie Decided He Needed To Give Me An Emergency Dentist Appointment! (

Started the morning off with the daily cold plunge, chilled with the little bead whilst he decided to give me a dentist’s check up 😂. I had no choice in the matter but he did a great job. Got the gym session done to make sure we have won the day 💪🏻. Took little man out on his scooter and went to the park so we got some time outside and our steps for the day. We then got the dinosaur army to save the day 😂!
