After feeding an AI roughly half an hour of Xemnas talking, I then had it say the lines shown in this scene. This is the result. Note that this is not a mod, I video edited the clips in. If any KH1 modder wants the voice samples, I'll provide them if asked.

This was the website used. Sign up, click voice labs, and then click voice cloning. Use add instant voice and then submit up to 50 files that are just purely voice samples. I fed the AI all of Xemnas's Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts 3D, and Kingdom Hearts III dialogue quotes. Each file you submit has to be under 10 MB, but you can easily work around this by splitting up large files in Audacity if needed. Do your best to keep them high quality for best results.
