En Kör performs Second Eve written by Ola Gjeilo. Recorded in Olaus Petrikyrkan in Stockholm mars 1, 2022

Second Eve is inspired by a photograph taken by one of Geilo’s favourite Photographers, Jake Race, of Alaska’s Mount McKinley, the highest mountain peak in the US. The music was written to express the mystical and regal feeling of the mountain. At the same time, Second Eve is very much driven by the Sancta Maria text.
