1. 瑞士奶油霜材料:
35g 蛋白
100g無鹽牛油
50g 細砂糖
½ 茶匙香草精

1. Swiss Buttercream Ingredients:-
35g Egg White
100g Unsalted Butter
50g Caster Sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

2. 意式奶油霜材料:
35g 蛋白
100g無鹽牛油
50g 細砂糖 (10g + 40g)
30g 水
½ 茶匙香草精

Italian Buttercream Ingredients:-
35g Egg White
100g Unsalted Butter
50g Caster Sugar (10g + 40g)
30g Water
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

3. 奶油乳酪霜材料:
100g 奶油乳酪
100g無鹽牛油
50g糖粉
½ 茶匙香草精

Cream Cheese Buttercream Ingredients:-
100g Cream Cheese
100g Unsalted Butter
50g Icing Sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
