Super Cub - Finding Zen - Grass Strip - Tail Wheel Flying - Short Field Landing practice

This was the night I fell in love with the Super Cub.

I'd had a scare recently and lost confidence to get slow enough to effectively land on a short field. For this flight, I'm working on my "chops" 3 point short field landing the Super cub on a grass strip over a very calm evening…

For the next flight I did the opposite, and I faced the most challenging gusty cross wind I'd ever flown in - watch for that one soon…
