Mocha Chiffon Cake

Hello everyone, i hope you guys try this soft and fluffy mocha chiffon cake, it’s delicious..

Ingredients:

1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. Cocoa powder
2 tbsp. Coffee
7 egg yolk
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 & 1/2 cup cake flour

For the meringue:

7 egg whites
1/4 tsp. Cream of tar tar
1/4 cup sugar

Bake 350 F. for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Chocolate dripping

2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
