Aloo masala recipe for Panipuri ~

Ingredients :-
Potato - 5 ( boiled peeled and mashed)
Onion - 1 ( finely chopped)
Roasted Cumin and Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes or powder - 1 tsp
White Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Choley -2 tbsp ( boiled and mashed)
Panipuri ki Pani - 2 tbs
Panipuri - 2 ( crush them n add them )
