Finding a route up to Slackdhu (Campsie Fells, scottish hill range) in perfect winter hiking conditions. I started with Dumfoyn in the hope I could see a path or track to Slackdhu - which I couldn't make out.
So I decided I would give it a try via the "very broad ridge" through more or less pathless terrain and amazing views direction Loch Lomond...
