Pork and pineapple is an excellent combination. The pineapple has a sweet tropical acidity that cuts the pork perfectly.

This stew is easy to make and is a delicious and heartwarming dish.

Serve with rice or pasta for a hearty meal.

For those of you who don't eat pork, it can be replaced in this recipe by an equal amount of turkey leg meat.
