On my recent travels I ate vegan-friendly food options from two different airlines. One was not so good, and the other was surprisingly okay!

As more people adopt veganism, options are becoming more widespread, including airlines. Airline food doesn't have a great reputation, so I was interested to find out what a vegan-friendly airline food may be.
