THAI GREEN CURRY แกงเขียวหวานหมู

Hello everyone! This is not necessarily a recipe video but more of a visual journey to making Thai Green Curry paste from scratch. I will be using an immersion blender (a gift I got for Secret Santa), a nice alternative to the mortar and pestle method that I learned about, and wanted to share this with you. I'll be using this curry paste to make Thai Green Curry with Pork. I hope you enjoy!
