Ingredients
1 cup bread flour (120g / 4.2 oz)
2 cups all-purpose (plain) flour (240g / 8.5 oz)
1 1/4 teaspoons salt (7.5g / 0.26 oz)
1 teaspoon sugar (4g / 0.14 oz)
1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast (7g / 0.25 oz)
1 cup warm water (240ml / 8 fl oz, 110°F / 45°C)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml / 0.5 fl oz)

Loaf tin used 9 x 4 x 3 inches

Preheat your oven to 180°C (365°F)
If you're baking the crusty loaf in a conventional oven at 180°C (356°F), it will generally take about 25-30 minutes. You'll know it's done when the loaf is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

Airfryer 140°C (280°F) for about 25-35 minutes – egg/milk wash – cook 8 mins. Take out of tin and cook on tray 170°C (340°F) – 5 mins.
