Clinical Features:
A young male patient came with nonspecific abdominal pain.

Ultrasound Features:
A well-marginated, small, round to oval, thin-walled, anechoic cystic structure with posterior acoustic enhancement & hairline thin internal septation is noted at the right renal interpolar cortex.
Bosniak Grade II – 0% Malignant.
