Today we are making Chicken Curry

Recipe

-2 pcs of chicken breast
-2 cups of rice (jasmin rice) (4 Cups of Water)
-half a cup of frozen peas
-1 yellow onion (medium size)
-1 bell pepper (medium size)
-2 carrots (medium size)

for the curry
2- tbsp of flour
2 -tbsp of tomato paste
2 -cups of chicken stock (or 1 chicken bouillon cube and 2 cups of water)
1 -cup of milk

for seasoning
-1 tsp of curry powder
-half tsp of salt and pepper
-1 tsp of Cayenne pepper
