Vegetables- ತರಕಾರಿಗಳು
1 cup- ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು (Coriander leaves)
1 cup- ತೆಂಗಿನ ತುರಿ (Coconut grate)
2 nos- ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸು (Raw pepper)
2 nos- ಮರಾಠಿ ಮುಗ್ಗು (Marathi shrug)
2 nos- ದಾಲ್ಚಿನ್ನಿ (Cinnamon)
8-9 nos- ಕರಿ ಮೆಣಸು (Black Pepper)
2 nos- ಲವಂಗ
1 spoon- ಗಸಗಸೆ
2 nos- ಟೊಮೆಟೊ (Tometo)
3 spoon- ತುಪ್ಪ (Ghee)
1 cup- ಗೋಡಂಬಿ (Cashews)
1 no- ಪುಲಾವು ಎಲೆ (Pulau leaf)
1 cup- ಬಟಾಣಿ (Peas)
3 cup- ಸೋನಾಮಸೂರಿ ಅಕ್ಕಿ (Sonamasuri rice)
4 spoon- ಮೊಸರು (Curd)
Salt for taste
