Living In Westchester means you have many options for childcare. Having a bigger home opens up the possibility for a live-in nanny. An au pair is a great way to give your family added help at a very affordable price.

We went back on forth on the prospect of having an au pair for a very long time before we finally made the decision to go for it. I wish we had done it sooner bc my career took off once I had more help and I was a better parent and partner with less stress.
